Ecotherapy in Austin TX

Nature is a healing force. Increasing your connections with nature can reduce depression and anxiety, facilitate the process of grief and loss, and help you find the answers you are seeking.  “Ecotherapy” is a specific kind of therapy practiced in nature. I incorporate ecotherapy into my work in three ways:  as a primary way of working together,  as an additional type of session to work on a specific issue, or as a type of mindfulness training to reduce anxiety.  Read more about Ecotherapy in Austin TX here.
